Foxfield is well connected to local amenities
As the site is quite small it doesnt give much scope to be able to offer routes to aid the residents on the development and surrounding. Although when designing the scheme we ensured that there is a straight forward route out of the scheme by introducing pathways and walk throughs to ensure that the local amenities are as accessible as possible for the residents. Also introduced was a walk way onto the development in the bottom corner this will enable the existing residents behind our development can use the pathways and walk throughs on our site as a safer and quicker route on their journeys.
Please see the last section which shows the location and distances to train stations and airports
Within the development we have included a green travel plan which includes a voucher for public transport per dwelling. Within the green travel plan we also include information regarding the local area and timetables for the public transport in the area.
