Site Masterplan Layout

The proposed massing of the development is made in response to context, sweeping from the low level urban grain up to the grander Racetrack frontage. However, the form of these buildings has been rationalized in respect to the the character of the existing grandstand buildings and lead the eye along the racetrack. Direct routes and defined spaces are created where residents can gather to enjoy the public open space in a parkland setting, adjacent to the wider open spaces of the race course and Stroud Green.
